During the early days of Smithwise\, Eric leveraged his technical background to provide innovators with production-ready designs\, functional prototypes\, and smooth transfers into manufacturing. \nAs Smithwise has grown\, Eric has shifted from designing products to designing a sustainable business. Many of his efforts are focused on recruiting and developing top talent to meet the demands of the Smithwise clients and their dynamic markets.
