He has engineered products from guitars to wind turbines\, with “green” energy powering much of his innovative output. His early career of 18 years centered on industrial design in the United States and Europe. He taught industrial design at Kansas City Art Institute and has a Master’s in Industrial Design.

Prior to joining Ben Franklin\, Mark was Vice President\, R&D\, Insulation Group\, CertainTeed Corporation\, a North American building materials manufacturing company\, where he was responsible for R&D and new business development. He also held prior Technical Management and Product Development positions at CertainTeed. Mark holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern University. \nMark will be available for drop-in consultations in our coworking area from 10am- 4pm.
