Our Incubation Program is a nine-month commitment that includes office space at our South Philly and Wilmington locations, extensive programming including business coaching, workshops, events, guest speakers, and business competitions. This program exposes client companies and founding teams to our vast network of mentors and a community of hundreds of members including artists, engineers, entrepreneurs, educators, and more.

The incubator is offered both at NextFab’s South Philadelphia location (2025 Washington Ave) and Wilmington, DE location (501-509 N. Tatnall Street). At this time, the incubator program is not offered at our North Philadelphia location, but you still have access to its machines and classes.
We offer three types of spaces at our locations:
Dedicated desks, an ideal low-cost solution for solopreneurs interested in having their own desk, business address, and concierge postal mail service.
Office space for teams in need of private office space to work on and store projects.
Light fabrication and assembly area, a raw workspace where you can build your products and prototypes.
Yes, you will have 24/7 access to your space. Your access to NextFab’s advanced manufacturing equipment and workshops is limited to NextFab’s regular business hours.
We are looking for hardware entrepreneurs who are beyond the idea stage, are already making sales, and are looking forward to establishing themselves in their respective fields. Ideally, these individuals will become active members in our community and will collaborate closely with our larger membership base.
Yes! You should also obtain and keep in force a general liability insurance with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage insuring both NextFab and yourself against liability arising out of use, occupancy, and maintenance of your space at NextFab.
Tours are the best way to get a sense of what our spaces are like, what capabilities we offer, and what a NextFab experience feels like. Plus, you’ll get to talk with NextFab staff members to help figure out how our studios can work for you.
Tours are offered at all locations at any time during our tour hours. No need to call ahead - just come on by. For groups of more than 4 people, please contact us to set up a scheduled tour time.
