Rent your own dedicated community workshop space within NextFab’s shared makerspace workshop. Along with unlimited days of membership, you gain access to all of NextFab’s tools, education, and maintained shop space.
This workshop rental space is perfect for the community of artists as an art studio space for rent, or for fine art painters, carpenters, creators, and any other kind of makers.

Our office space for rent in Philadelphia is the epitome of convenience and professionalism, catering specifically to small teams in need of a dedicated workspace. Ranging in size from 120 to 260 square feet, these office units are designed with productivity in mind, featuring networking opportunities, a creator community, and a supportive environment.
In addition to the private office space, tenants have access to conference rooms at no additional charge, perfect for team meetings or client presentations. These conference rooms and meeting spaces are equipped with modern amenities, allowing you to book a meeting room rental effortlessly.
Our office spaces offer a blend of privacy, accessibility, and the added benefit of being part of a vibrant makerspace community.

This raw warehouse space is rentable by the square foot, is ideal for product assembly, and large-scale projects, and can be modified to handle some larger-scale equipment storage and inventory. These units range in size from 200 sqft to 500 sqft.

Perfect for members with larger or in-process projects, our rentable storage options include flexible options for your project needs (materials, in-progress work, etc.). These on-site storage options include day lockers, small and large lockers, and shop floor storage. Month-to-month rates are available.
These jewelry benches are perfect for jewelers looking for a dedicated, lockable space for their jewelry practice. Sit across from fellow jewelers, network, and learn from each other; skill share, community events! These individual benches are housed within our larger makerspace and include exclusive discounts with Rio Grande and Otto Frei Jewelry Suppliers.
