NextFab is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to steer our brand’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution – managing everything from our annual budget and signature events, such as the Tools of the Trades Conference, to daily initiatives like email campaigns and landing pages. If you thrive on both big-picture leadership and diving into the weeds, let’s build something great together.
• Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and maintain the comprehensive marketing and sales strategy, including the management of the annual budget and resource allocation. Contribute to full company annual planning and budgeting. • Data Analysis: Maintain the marketing and sales dashboard, analyzing performance across GA4, Social, and Zoho Analytics to adjust spend and resources in real-time. • System Migration & Management: Lead the migration from legacy tools (Mailchimp, Zapier) to the Zoho ecosystem (Flow, Forms, Social, Analytics) and manage the WordPress-based website infrastructure.
• Tools of the Trades (ToTs) Conference: Lead project management for this multi-day event, including budget oversight, sponsorship acquisition, speaker coordination, marketing strategy, and program design. • Miracle on American Street Market: Direct the annual holiday market, managing vendor relations, contracts, event logistics, and promotional efforts. • Programmatic Support: Provide marketing and PR leadership for the Artisan Accelerator and community events. • Customer Research: Design and execute the annual ‘Secret Shopper’ initiative, delivering actionable member insights to leadership to inform operational and marketing strategies.
• Email Marketing: Create segmented email campaigns for both active members and external subscribers, leading effective community engagement and lead conversions. • Paid Media: Manage and optimize full-funnel conversion and lead campaigns across Google Ads, paid social media ads, and other paid platforms. • Social Media & Content: Direct the social media strategy focusing on Instagram and YouTube, managing internal staff and contractors to produce high-impact Reels and community-centric content. • Content Management: Curate and oversee omnichannel content strategy, including social media, NextFab blog, and landing pages, to drive brand narrative and audience engagement. • SEO/GEO: Drive long-term growth through search engine optimization and geographic targeting to increase brand awareness and membership tours. • Website Management & Optimization: Oversee website optimization, utilizing data-driven optimization strategies to enhance functionality, SEO, and user experience (UX).
• Outbound Sales & Partnerships: Cultivate, secure, and manage institutional, business, and community partnerships to drive high-value revenue streams, including business engagement programs and private group events. Act as the primary external representative at high-level meetings and industry networking events. • Inbound Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle for high-value accounts and studio spaces, building strong relationships that sustain our growth. • Conversion Strategy: Design and execute high-conversion sales funnels. You’ll be the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring every lead is optimized for maximum impact on our MRR. • Tour Excellence: Elevate our tour and onboarding process. You will lead the strategy and coordination of facility tours, ensuring every potential member has an exceptional experience that leads to conversion.
• Directly manage the Content Creator and oversee a team of specialized contractors, including blog writers, web developers, and PR agencies (e.g., Philly PR Girl). • Coordinate cross-functionally with Programming, Member Services, and Front Desk teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and operational alignment.
• Proven experience in high-level marketing strategy and budget management. • Expertise in managing large-scale events and complex vendor/partnership relationships. • Technical proficiency in the Zoho CRM/Marketing suite (or related CRM), WordPress, MailChimp, Social Media, and automated workflow tools like Zapier. • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data from GA4 and social analytics into actionable insights. • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing both internal staff teams and external agencies, with a proven track record of presenting high-level insights and performance metrics to executive stakeholders. • Performs other related duties, special projects, and strategic initiatives as assigned to support organizational objectives and business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience, including at least two (2) years leading teams, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
