Human Resources Manager

NextFab is seeking an engaging, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager supports effective and efficient HR operations that maximize value for both employees and the organization. This role blends administrative excellence with employee engagement, compliance, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Respond to employee and applicant questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.

• Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure compliance and completeness.

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and HRIS data entry for new employees.

• Serve as liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.

• Assist in planning and executing events such as open enrollment, staff meetings, recognition programs, and celebrations.

• Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, facilitating conversations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Assist with performance management processes, training coordination, and professional development initiatives.

• Help develop and manage annual HR budgets.

• Prepare basic HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of two years of related HR experience preferred.

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 – $24.00 per hour
