Business Model Canvas Workshop

November 29, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free

This two hour session is a beginner’s guide on how to map, design, assess, and test Business Models using the proven methodology introduced in the global best-selling book, Business Model Generation. Whether you are starting a new business or growing an existing one, the business model canvas is a great tool for understanding how your business connects with customers and what are the critical ingredients for success. The workshop is fast-paced, “hands-on” and will include an opportunity for participants to work on a canvas related to their specific business.

About SCORE

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. We have been doing this for over fifty years. The Mission of the Philadelphia Chapter of SCORE is to continue the traditions started by our forefathers by growing small businesses by helping entrepreneurs and existing businesses solve problems through mentoring and support programs.

Philadelphia’s SCORE chapter is an all volunteer organization and is funded through private sponsorship, corporate donations, and the City of Philadelphia, Department of Commerce. We provide volunteer mentors who share their expertise across multiple industries and business specialties via free, confidential business mentoring in person, via email or by video and we conduct inexpensive or free business workshops.
