Intellectual Property Advice and Patents 101

Vadim Cherkasov is an intellectual property attorney with a focus on patent and trademark prosecution. Vadim worked as a mechanical engineer prior to his legal practice, and has experience with patents in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, electrical devices, biometric-based security systems, power generation equipment, agricultural devices, computer network systems, and software-based systems. In addition to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, he has experience in patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, and providing opinions based on his findings. Vadim’s clients range from individual inventors to large corporations.

Vadim will be delivering a presentation on the process of filing patent applications and things to consider prior to applying for a patent to members at 6:30 pm in our conference room.
