UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, this event has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 15th.
Come celebrate Pi day, the calendar equivalent of 3.14! This light discussion, which includes sampling a variety of delicious pies, will walk you through the science of baking, and how ingredients interact with each other to form optimal baked goods. An afternoon and an evening session will be held in the co-working area of NextFab in South Philly. Be sure to RSVP to reserve your slice of pie!
