Jay Daugherty is a Senior Manager in the Business Tax Services line based in KPMG’s Pittsburgh Office. He leads the Family Office and Private Client Services practice in Pittsburgh where he specializes in family offices, startups, passthrough entities, closely held businesses and their individual owners. He joined KPMG from a local firm where he served as a partner. Jay has over 16 years of broad experience providing tax compliance, consulting services, audit services and financial and estate planning. Jay’s clients have included family offices, tech startups, trucking companies, construction contractors, real estate owner/operators, property management companies, nonprofit organizations and banking institutions.

Steven Golub is a Senior Manager in the Business Tax Services line based in KPMG’s Philadelphia Office. Steven specializes in federal, state, local, and international tax returns. He has more than 10 years of experience in tax planning and compliance. Steven’s clients include early, middle and late stage growth companies that are backed with venture capital/private equity funds, middle market public companies and closely held business. Many of Steven’s clients are technology focused and include businesses life sciences, healthcare, software, and manufacturing industries.
