Studio Space for Rent

Rent your own dedicated community workshop space within NextFab’s shared makerspace workshop. Along with unlimited days of membership, you gain access to all of NextFab’s tools, education, and maintained shop space.

Included in Spaces:

• NextFab Membership ($149/month value): Gain access to expert instruction, workshops, and a thriving community of makers.
• Full Access to NextFab’s Makerspace: Utilize over 160 machines and tools, including 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines, to bring your ideas to life.
• Month-to-month and annual rate options are available.
• Rentals include a certified business address at NextFab, and shipping and receiving service for your materials and products.
• Additional amenities include electricity, HVAC, and WiFi.
• Business amenities include free coffee, kitchen, and common area access, and computer and printer access available (first 99 copies free).
• Parking lot and load-in area.
• Optional 24-hour Access by providing a Certificate of Insurance.
• Optional Education Credits: Add on $200 NextFab credits (good for classes, private training, and machine reservations) for an additional $100.
