TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF
I received my formal education in design from North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Architecture. In 2017, after graduating, I launched Pandemic Design Studio. With my prior education in digital design and computer aided manufacturing, I quickly utilized NextFab’s resources, which includes expert staff, high tech equipment, and space. NextFab provides a venue that was absolutely integral to the launching of two new ceramic product lines in the last three years. This has helped make Pandemic Design Studio the premier startup design and manufacturing enterprise in the region.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
Pandemic Design Studio is an award-winning, published, and patent holding design and manufacturing enterprise, specializing in iconic, organic, and modern ceramics, lighting, and furniture. Our ceramic product lines include “The Node Collection” – A modular ceramic wall planter system that infuses a sculptural element to the green wall concept and “The Stacks Collection” – A modular ceramic tablescape vase system. “The Stacks Collection” will make its debut to the world design community in NYC this Spring and Summer at multiple high profile design trade shows.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
Ultimately, my goals are found in the name I dreamed up for my company over a decade ago while I was still in college. I’m aiming to spread my design brand throughout the whole world.
