We’re excited to announce the construction of over 23 individualized studio spaces for creative professionals, artists, and makers built into our makerspace in the Kensington/Fishtown area. With a range of amenities and benefits, these studio spaces provide an ideal environment for pursuing creative endeavors and fostering collaboration. Whether you’re a painter, jewelry artist, sign maker, or any other creative professional, NextFab Makerspace has the perfect space for you.
Each studio space comes with a Full Access Standard Membership, which gives you unlimited days of access at each location (valued at $219/month). Discounts are available for adding on business partners or employees, making it easier to collaborate and grow your creative ventures. With an individual space, you’ll enjoy the convenience of having a dedicated business address at NextFab, giving your business a professional image and enhancing your credibility.
There’s also the benefit of having a Shipping and Receiving service provided by NextFab, ensuring that your materials and products are handled securely and efficiently.
Additionally, as a studio space resident, you’ll have free remote access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, enabling you to unleash your creativity and explore various digital tools. You’ll have access to utilities such as electricity, HVAC, and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment common business amenities are provided, including free coffee, kitchen, and common area access, and computer and printer availability (first 99 copies are free).
For added convenience and flexibility, you can also opt to obtain 24-hour private space access by providing a Certificate of Insurance. You can also apply for 24-hour access to work on machines and tools outside of our normal business hours.
